The Recreation Commission's purpose shall be to provide the enhancement of life for all USD 208 residents through quality recreation and leisure opportunities which contribute to their social, physical, educational, cultural, and general well-being. Furthermore, to help those involved gain self confidence and the ability to co-exist in society using Recreation and Education to further these opportunities.
